WHEN WILL I START SEEING RESULTS?
How quickly you see results depends on your usage consistency, age, gender, weight, height, other medications, diet, exercise and overall lifestyle. Some clients start seeing results in the first 2 weeks of using our products and others take longer. Results vary vary from person to person.

HOW WILL MY ORDER BE SHIPPED?
We ship orders using USPS (within the U.S.) and DHL internationally.
HOW SOON WILL MY ORDER SHIP?
We try to ship all orders within 48 hours of receipt. For orders placed before 11am mountain time (MT) on weekdays, we do our best to ship the same day. Orders placed on a holiday or after 11am MT will ship out the next business day.
WHEN WILL I RECEIVE MY ORDER?
Typically, it takes 3-5 business days from the date of shipment in the U.S. Internationally, it typically takes 14-21 days from the shipment date, depending on your location. We will send you an email with clickable tracking number after your product has shipped.
HOW MUCH DOES SHIPPING COST?
Shipping is FREE for all orders over $75. We charge $7.95 for shipping and handling on all orders of $75 or less delivered to addresses in the U.S.. We charge $14.95 for shipping and handling on all orders of $50 or less delivered outside the U.S.
WILL ALL OF MY PRODUCTS ARRIVE IN THE SAME PACKAGE?
We try to ship all products in one package. However, depending on the size and quantity of items you order, you may receive more than one shipment per order.
DO YOU CHARGE SALES TAX?
Yes, we do charge sales tax where applicable. Taxes are calculated according to shipping destination and itemized on the Order Summary page.
DO YOU SHIP OVERSEAS AND TO P.O. BOXES?
Yes, we’ll ship your package anywhere that can accept deliveries. Shipping is FREE for all orders over $75. We charge $7.95 for shipping and handling on U.S. orders less than $75 and $14.95 for international orders less than $75. We ship via USPS on U.S. orders and DHL on international orders.
CAN I RETURN OR EXCHANGE A PRODUCT IF I DON’T LIKE IT?
Yes, we offer returns for supplements and skincare products. But we do not offer exchanges. We offer a 30-DAY 100% SATISFACTION GUARANTEE on all of our supplement and skincare products. If you are dissatisfied with your purchase for any reason, please return the unused portion of your purchase in its original packaging to us and we will gladly refund your purchase as per our return policy below.
WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY?
If you are not 100% satisfied with your supplements, we will offer a refund within 30 days of the purchase date. The refund will be issued within 5 business days of receipt of the returned product. Keep in mind there is no refund for original shipping costs or sales tax and you will be responsible for the return shipping expenses. There is a 25% restocking fee for each item returned including undeliverable items. Please contact Customer Support at email@example.com to request a refund and include your purchase information and why you want a refund (to help us improve in the future).
HOW DO I REQUEST A REFUND?
To receive a refund for supplements or skincare products, you must obtain a refund authorization form and the correct return shipping address to our manufacturing facility. You must send back all supplement and skincare items including the original supplement boxes or packages. These steps are necessary to protect us from fraud.

1) Your order number
2) The items you plan on returning
3) Why you are returning the products (to help us improve in the future).
When you have your refund authorization form, please ship your unused supplements and/or skincare products in the original supplement box or package with your printed refund authorization form to the shipping address listed on the form.
