CAN I RETURN OR EXCHANGE A PRODUCT IF I DON’T LIKE IT?
Yes, we offer returns for supplements and skincare products. But we do not offer exchanges. We offer a 30-DAY SATISFACTION GUARANTEE on all of our supplement and skincare products. If you are dissatisfied with your purchase for any reason, please return the unused portion of your purchase in its original packaging to us and we will gladly refund your purchase as per our return policy below.
WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY?
If you are not 100% satisfied with your supplements, we will offer a refund within 30 days of the purchase date. The refund will be issued within 5 business days of receipt of the returned product. Keep in mind there is no refund for original shipping costs or sales tax and you will be responsible for the return shipping expenses. There is a 25% restocking fee for each item returned including undeliverable items. HOW DO I REQUEST A REFUND?
To receive a refund for supplements or skincare products, you must obtain a refund authorization form and the correct return shipping address to our manufacturing facility. You must send back all supplement and skincare items including the original supplement boxes or packages. These steps are necessary to protect us from fraud.

1) Your order number
2) The items you plan on returning
3) Why you are returning the products (to help us improve in the future).
When you have your refund authorization form, please ship your unused supplements and/or skincare products in the original supplement box or package with your printed refund authorization form to the shipping address listed on the form.
